第１、第２のホイール部分４０，５０の組付け構造が、半径方向位置決め凸部６２ａと半径方向位置決め凹部６２ｂを備える半径方向位置決め部６２と、円周上突起６３ａと円周上突起受け入れ部６３ｂを備える周方向位置決め部６３と、アーム６４ａと爪受け６４ｂを備える軸方向位置決め部６４と、を有する。そのため、溶接、ボルト締結を無くしても、第１、第２のホイール部分４０，５０を物理的な組付け（嵌め込み、係合、挿入、圧入等による組付け）にて組付けることができる。
