Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable reusing of electric charges and to realize operation of low power consumption even in an operational node charging and discharging the same electric charges.
CONSTITUTION: A first plate of a capacitor C1 is connected to ground voltage, a second plate is connected to power supply voltage through a switch SC1, and connected to ground voltage through a switch SD1. In the same way, a first plate of a capacitor C2 is connected to ground voltage, a second plate is connected to power supply voltage through a switch SC2, and connected to ground voltage through a switch SD2. A first plate of a capacitor C0 is connected to ground voltage, a second plate of the capacitor C1 is connected to a second plate of the capacitor C0 through a switch ST1, and a second plate of the capacitor C2 is connected to a second plate of the capacitor C0 through a switch ST2.
