Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for easily replacing a hot runner in order to rapidly perform the replacement of a color and that of a resin in a vertical injection molding machine using the hot runner.
CONSTITUTION: A hot runner replacing device is constituted using a positioning cylinder 118 vertically raising a hot runner 103 along with a hot runner support member 105, the hook 106 connecting the hot runner 103 to a pushing and pulling block 113 and the roller 123 smoothly moving the roller chain pushing and pulling the pushing and pulling block 113 and the hot runner support member 105.
