PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial piston type hydraulic machine capable of axially positioning a rotary portion to a stationary position, and suppressing a bearing load.SOLUTION: A radial piston type hydraulic machine is equipped with a piston 20; a cylinder block; a first end plate 26 and a second end plate 27; a cam shaft 30; and a first bearing 60 and a second bearing 65 between the first end plate or the second end plate and the cam shaft. The radial piston type hydraulic machine includes rotary wheels 61 and 66 fixed to the cam shaft; stationary wheels 62 a d 67 fixed to the first end plate or the second end plate; and rolling bodies 63 and 68 between the rotary wheels and the stationary wheels. In the first bearing, the stationary wheel of the first bearing abuts on the first end plate without a clearance in an axial direction. In the second bearing, the stationary wheel of the second bearing keeps a clearance in the axial direction from the second end plate, and is equipped with an energizing member 70 energizing the stationary wheel of the second bearing toward the first bearing in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
