Abstract:
To provide a wind power generator capable of attenuating input excessive torque.SOLUTION: A wind power generator includes a blade. The wind power generator includes a speed-increasing gear to which power output from the blade is input. The wind power generator includes a generator to which the power output from the speed-increasing gear is input. The wind power generator includes a torque limiter portion disposed on at least one of a power transmission path between the blade and the speed-increasing gear and a power transmission path between the speed-increasing gear and the generator. The torque limiter portion includes a first shaft. The torque limiter portion includes a second shaft disposed coaxially with the first shaft. The torque limiter includes a plate disposed on the first shaft and having a face vertical to the first shaft. The torque limiter includes a holding portion disposed on the second shaft and holding the plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
