Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gear simple in structure, easily handled and manufactured and highly efficient in a wide range of shift areas.
SOLUTION: This transmission gear is provided with an input shaft 1 and an output shaft 2 pivotally supported in a rotatable manner on the same first axis L1; an input crown gear 3 rotated integrally with the input shaft 1 around the axis L1; a shift eccentric shaft 4 fitted to the outer periphery of the input shaft 1 rotatably around a deflected angle axis P intersecting the axis L1 at a specified angle θ1; a shift crown gear 5 rotatably fitted to the outer periphery of the eccentric shaft 4 so as to be rotatable around the deflected angle axis P and to be revolvable around the axis L1 and meshed with the input crown gear 3; an output eccentric shaft 6 rotatably fitted to the outer periphery of the output shaft side end of the input shaft 1 and rotated around a second axis L2 eccentric parallel to the axis L1; an output crown gear 7 rotatably fitted to the outer periphery of the eccentric shaft 6 so as to be rotatable around the axis L2 and to be revolvable around the axis L1 and meshed with the crown gear 5; and a shift means Y for rotating the eccentric shaft 4 to change the revolving speed of the crown gear 5. The output shaft 2 is integrally fitted to the eccentric shaft 6.
