Abstract:
To provide a winding-up method of a carrier tape which can properly wind up spirally to a winding-up reel 1 even if the carrier tape is a type that has a width not less than 3.9 mm and less than 4.1 mm.SOLUTION: In a winding-up method for winding up a carrier tape 10 to a winding-up reel 1, a winding-up core 2 of the winding-up reel 1 is clamped between a pair of flange plates 3, the width of the carrier tape 10 is not less than 3.9 mm and less than 4.1 mm. When the carrier tape 10 is wound up spirally as repeating at a predetermined pitch between the pair of flange plates 3 and when the carrier tape 10 is wound up spirally to at least adjacent portions 5 between the winding-up core 2 and the flange plates 3 of the winding-up reel 1, a value of a winding-up pitch of the carrier tape 10 is not less than 4.5 mm and less than 5.5 mm. Even if the carrier tape 10 is a type that has a width less than 4.1 mm, the winding-up method can prevent a spiral winding-up from being biased, from becoming disordered at random, or from being biased at the time of falling sidelong.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
