Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine generator control device and method for maintaining composite output constant by controlling a wind turbine power generation amount on the basis of a wind turbine output suppression value and cooperating a charge/discharge instruction to a storage battery based on a differential between a composite output target value and the wind turbine power generation amount, and a wind turbine power generation system and method.SOLUTION: The wind turbine generator control device comprises a wind turbine output suppression value creation part 30 for creating a wind turbine output suppression value 31 by adding the differential between a power storage amount target value for wind turbine output suppression and a power storage amount 6 at a present time point and a composite output target value 21 that is output from a composite output target value generation part 20. The wind turbine output suppression value creation part 30 inputs the wind turbine suppression value 31 to a wind turbine generator WT(3), thereby suppressing a power generation amount of the wind turbine generator WT(3). A differential between the composite output target value 21 that is generated by the composite output target value generation part 20, and the wind turbine power generation amount 4 is calculated by a subtractor 22 and the differential is inputted to a bidirectional converter 41 as a charge/discharge command value 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
