Abstract:
To solve the problem that the reception of emergency warning broadcasting has priority for disabling an incoming call and hence a user may be in trouble since an emergency level may be low in a transfer destination area, even if the emergency warning broadcast is received or the transfer destination area may not be a target area.
A radio communication terminal 100 has broadcasting reception means 107, 108 and a radio communication means 103. Based on the emergency level of the emergency warning broadcasting, the radio communication means is controlled so that either the incoming call processing or the incoming call rejection processing of the incoming call is made.
