Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power supply device, having a high-speed switching operation circuit capable of switching a high voltage at high speed, and an AC/DC power supply circuit.SOLUTION: A wireless power supply device 111 wirelessly supplies power to power reception equipment 112 which has an input electrode 133. The device 111 includes a high frequency circuit 113 and resonant circuits 115A, 115B connected to the high frequency circuit 113. The high frequency circuit 113 includes a switching element 121 constituted by a MISFET having an active region composed of an SiC semiconductor. The switching element 121 is a high-speed switching operation circuit driven at a drive frequency of 1 MHz or greater and having a voltage change speed at switching is 5×10V/second or greater.
