Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn feeding bobbin installation apparatus of an automatic winder comprising a yarn feeding bobbin conveyance apparatus, a large/small end part discrimination apparatus of a yarn feeding bobbin, a yarn feeding bobbin opening apparatus, a tray, a guide positioning apparatus installed above the tray, and a control system, and provide an installation method of the same.SOLUTION: A yarn feeding bobbin opening apparatus comprises a first support body 6 installed above a guide positioning apparatus, a second support body 7, a third support body 8, and an expansion/contraction drive mechanism. A control system controls an expansion/contraction operation in which the expansion/contraction drive mechanism drives the first support body 6, the second support body 7, and the third support body 8 according to a discrimination result of a large/small diameter end part discrimination apparatus of a yarn feeding bobbin 2. A yarn feeding bobbin conveyance apparatus opens the yarn feeding bobbin 2 conveyed to the upper part of the yarn feeding bobbin opening apparatus. One end of a small-diameter end part of the yarn feeding bobbin is received by the second support body 7 or the third support body 8. One end of a large-diameter end part of the yarn feeding bobbin 2 is dropped downward to the guide positioning apparatus and then installed on the tray 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
