Abstract:
Anti-inflammatory drugs are provided, which are excellent in pharmacological effects and exhibit a selective COX-2-inhibitory activity expected to relieve the side effects including gastric mucosa disorders. Specifically, compounds of the general formula (1) or medicinally acceptable salts thereof; and COX-2 inhibitors containing the compounds or the salts, wherein R?1¿ is hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, or lower alkoxy; R?2¿ is halogenated lower alkyl or lower alkyl; R?3¿ is lower alkyl; and n is an integer of 0 to 2.
