Abstract:
The present invention discloses a 10RP 7/3 pigment composition, the substance
color lump made of the composition and the preparation method thereof. The composition
is composed of (by weight portion) CSC-A base material 995-1005 parts, PBK 7 which
pigment content is 9%, 0.24-0.34 parts, PV 23 which pigment content is 30%, 1.09-1.29
parts, PR 101 which pigment content is 65%, 8.0-8.26 parts. The basis of above
CSC-A base material is acrylic acid copolymer which content is 30-40%. TiO2
is selected as main white pigment which content is 18-22%. The contrast ratio
of the base material is 0.90-0.96, Stormer viscosity is 90-100KU, and thebrightness
is 5°-10° while the angle of incidence is 85°. The composition
of the invention has excellent weatherability and stability, well match reproducibility,
and the used raw material and technological process meet the requirement and
standard of low VOC and zero VOC environmental protection. The aberration between
such substance color lump and the normal value of theoretical model in “
THE CHINESE COLOR SYSTEM ” is very small. Such substance color lump can
maximally guarantee the color accuracy and the manufacturing process thereof
is concise, and has a high practical value.
