Abstract:
A 1,200 MPa silicon-manganese-chromium hot-rolled low-carbon steel plate and a preparation method therefor. The components of the hot-rolled low-carbon steel plate are, in percentage by weight: C: 0.06-0.14%; Mn: 2.5-3.5%; Si: 1.0-1.6%; Cr: 0.5-1.2%; Mo: 0.1-0.3%; Ni: 0.1-0.5%; S: 0.002-0.010%; P: 0.003-0.010%; Al: 0.01-0.05%; N: 0.003-0.005%; and the balance Fe. The tensile strength is 1,250-1,360 MPa, and the elongation is 12.8-16.9%. The method comprises: (1) performing heat preservation on billet at a temperature of 1,120-1,200°C; (2) manufacturing a hot-rolled plate by means of rough rolling and finish rolling; (3) water cooling to a temperature lower than or equal to 320°C, and placing the plate into an isothermal heating furnace for cooling the plate along with the furnace. The method in the present invention has simple operation processes, and does not require cold rolling and quenching tempering treatment, the production costs are lowered, and industrial production can easily be implemented.
