Abstract:
The present application relates to a 1,2,4-triazine based bipolar main material and an application thereof. The 1,2,4-triazine based bipolar main material has a compound having the structure of formula (I), wherein R1-R6 represent substituted or unsubstituted acridinyl, phenothiazinyl, phenoxazine, carbazole, diphenylamine, hydrogen, halogen, and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl. At least one of R1-R6 is substituted or unsubstituted acridinyl, phenothiazinyl, phenoxazine, carbazole, and diphenylamine. The experimental result demonstrates that the compound of the present invention has higher glass-transition temperature than a common main material CBP, and the thermal stability is good; the electroluminescence device prepared by the compound of the present invention is lower in turn-on voltage, higher in current efficiency in the same current density, and more benefit for carrier injection and transport equilibration; and the device prepared by the organic material of the present invention has better electroluminescence performance, and is more aligned with the requirements of a high-performance organic semiconductor device to the main material.
