Abstract:
The present invention provides a 125 °C EV new energy vehicle high-voltage cable insulating material and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: adding various materials into a high-speed mixer in a certain weight ratio and stirring same at a high speed to obtain a mixed material, cooling the mixed material, and then adding same into a twin-screw pelletizer for forced air cooling and hot cutting so as to obtain a final product. The insulating material prepared by the described method has characteristics of a good soft feel, a good oil resistance, a high tear strength, a light weight, good flame retardancy, being easy to extrude, being able to be irradiation crosslinked and the like, being suitable for EV new energy vehicle high-voltage cables.
