Abstract:
The present invention discloses a 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione compound, and a preparation method, a pharmaceutical composition, and an application thereof. The structure of the compound is represented by formula I, and the definition of each substitution group is described in the specification and claims. The compound of the present invention inhibits the activity of SIRT1 protein deacetylase and can be used in drugs for treating various diseases associated with abnormal expression of SIRT1 protein deacetylase and enzyme activity thereof, such as neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic diseases, cancer, and the like.
