Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of spatial measurement, and provides a 1D displacement sensor-based 3D measurement model and a spatial calibration method. The method comprises: firstly building a 3D measurement system based on a fixed support 1D displacement sensor; then establishing a 1D displacement sensor-based spatial measurement model; and then establishing a spatial calibration constraint equation on the basis of measurement plane high precision pose transformation data and sensor measurement data; and finally calculating 1D sensor external parameters (i.e., a measurement origin and a measurement vector) that meet the accuracy requirements by means of a weighted iterative algorithm, so as to complete the calibration process and achieve the establishment of a spatial 3D high precision measurement model. According to the method, the 1D displacement sensor-based spatial 3D measurement model is established, and the spatial calibration method for the model is provided, thereby improving the precision of the spatial 3D measurement model and solving the problem that space measurement is not accurate because of the error of the sensor external parameters. The method is simple in process and easy in operation, and is generally applicable.
