Abstract:
Compounds represented by general formula (I), and salts and esters thereof; processes for the preparation of the compounds, salts and esters; and analgesic agents, antagonists against the tolerance to narcotic analgesics including morphine, antagonists against the dependence on narcotic analgesics including morphine, potentiators for analgesic action, antiobestic agents, cerebral function ameliorators, schizophrenia remedies, Parkinson's disease remedies, chorea remedies, antidepressant agents, diabetes insipidus remedies, polyuria remedies, or hypotension remedies, which contain the compounds, salts and esters as the active ingredient wherein A, B, C and D are each methyne or nitrogen; Cy is a mono-, di- or tricyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group; (i) is a mono- or dicyclic nitrogenous heteroalicylic group ; n is an integer of 0 to 3; R?1¿ is hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, or the like; R?2¿ is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R?3¿ is a nitrogenous heterocyclic group or lower alkyl bearing a nitrogenous heterocyclic group; and R?4¿ is hydrogen or lower alkyl, or alternatively R?3¿ and R?4¿ together with the nitrogen atom adjacent thereto may form a nitrogenous heterocyclic group.
