Abstract:
A 2-stage turbo system provided with a high-pressure stage supercharger having a high-pressure stage turbine installed in an exhaust passage of an engine and a low-pressure stage supercharger having a low-pressure stage turbine installed in the exhaust passage on the downstream side of the high-pressure stage turbine, the low-pressure stage supercharger being larger than the high-pressure stage supercharger, wherein: the low-pressure stage turbine has at least two scroll passages comprising a first scroll passage and a second scroll passage, the scroll passages being scroll parts for introducing the exhaust gas into a nozzle channel of the low-pressure stage turbine; and a first range of the nozzle channel into which the exhaust gas passing through the first scroll passage is introduced and a second range of the nozzle channel into which the exhaust gas passing through the second scroll passage is introduced are configured so as to be prevented from overlapping in the peripheral direction of the nozzle channel.
