Abstract:
Compounds represented by general formula (I) or a salt of the same, wherein R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or nitro; R2 represents C1-10 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl optionally having lower alkyl on its ring or C1-6 alkyl substituted by C3-8 cycloalkyl; R3 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and n is an integer of from 2 to 4. The compounds have thromboxane A2 and leukotriene D4 antagonisms and are useful in the prevention and/or treatment of diseases selected from the group consisting of ischemic heart diseases, cerebrovascular disorders, thrombosis, asthma and allergic inflammation.
