Abstract:
Disclosed are a 2000 MPa-grade ultrahigh-strength steel with a high uniform elongation, and a preparation method therefor, solving the bottleneck of the uniform elongation of an existing 2000 MPa-grade steel being difficult to reach up to 10%, and the technical problems of the preparation process being complicated and the efficiency being low. The 2000 MPa-grade ultrahigh-strength steel with a high uniform elongation comprises the following chemical components in percentages by weight: 0.3%-0.4% of C, 8%-9% of Ni, 6.5%-10.0% of Cr, 3.0%-6.0% of Mo, 0%-2% of Mn, 0%-2% of Si, 0%-2% of Cu, 0.05%-0.15% of V, 0.05%-0.15% of Nb and the balance being Fe. The method for preparing the 2000 MPa-grade ultrahigh-strength steel with a high uniform elongation of the present invention comprises: subjecting a steel plate to pretreatment, the pretreatment comprising a solid solution treatment; subjecting the solid solution steel plate treated in step 1 to a rolling treatment at room temperature; subjecting the steel plate treated in step 2 to a warm rolling treatment; subjecting the steel plate warm rolled in step 3 to a high-temperature short-time annealing treatment; and subjecting the steel plate high-temperature short-time annealed in step 4 to a medium-temperature long-time aging treatment. The present invention has the advantages of a tensile strength of ＞2000 MPa, a uniform elongation of ＞10%, a high preparation efficiency, etc.
