Title:
21908 AND 21911, HUMAN GUANYLATE KINASE FAMILY MEMBERS AND USES THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002048330
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention provides isolated nucleic acid molecules, designated MAGK nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel guanylate kinase molecules. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing MAGK nucleic acid molecules, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced, and nonhuman transgenic animals in which a MAGK gene has been introduced or disrupted. The invention still further provides isolated MAGK proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-MAGK antibodies. Diagnostic and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided.
