Abstract:
Provided are a 2C-like totipotent stem cell induced by maternal factors, and the transformation use thereof, wherein the 2C-like totipotent stem cell is generated using four maternal factors, i.e. Hsf1, Zar1, Padi6 and Npm2; and methods related thereto are provided. Furthermore, a method for promoting the in-vitro differentiation of the 2C-like totipotent stem cells into blastocysts and zona pellucida blastocysts is provided; and it is proved that the four maternal factors can reprogram somatic cells into 2C-like totipotent stem cells.
