Disclosed are a 3-arylbenzofuranone propanamide compound, a composition composed of same, and a preparation method thereof. The compound of the present invention can be used as a stabilizer in various materials, for example, in organic materials such as polyols and polymers, etc., to prevent degradation. The 3-arylbenzofuranone propanamide compound of the present invention has low extraction, low migration, and a high compatibility. The compound of the present invention can comprise polyoxyalkylene and/or polyester groups to increase the compatibility thereof, and can also comprise reactive groups such as OH, SH, NH, NH2 etc., such that the effects of the low extraction, low migration, and high compatibility are more obvious.
