A 3-D structure net formed by warp knitting, wherein a 3-D braid portion defining a net mesh space has a good shape retaining property with its directivity capable of being controlled, is excellent in a structural stability and pressure resistance, can retain a proper elasticity, can be simply formed by receiving a tensile force, is high in void ratio and light-weight, and can suitably find various applications by using these advantages. The above 3-D braid portion can be formed in such ways that a 3-D structure net (A) is formed by net-like front and rear grounds (1, 2) and connecting threads (3) for connecting the grounds together, net meshes (12, 22) of the front and rear grounds (1, 2) are knit so as to be different from each other in size, a connecting thread (3) is made to bridge between a string portion (11) on a larger mesh (12) side and a string portion (21) on a smaller mesh (22) side to form a 3-D string portion (4), and, in all or part of the 3-D string portions, connecting threads (3) are made to bridge between a string portion (11) on a larger mesh (12) side and a plurality of string portions (21) on a smaller mesh (22) side to form a 3-D shape having a width for allowing it to retain a smaller mesh within a string portion on a smaller mesh forming side, especially, a 3-D shape having a 3-D space inside thereof.
