Abstract:
The present invention provides: a 3,4-dihydroquinazoline derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which blocks the intracellular influx of calcium ion, an secondary signal transducer essential for the proliferation and growth of cancer cells, so as to induce cell cycle blockage of cancer cells, thereby reinforcing the efficacy of a conventional anticancer drug; and a complex preparation containing the compound and another anticancer drug.
