Abstract:
Disclosed are a 35WD1600 electrical steel for a new energy vehicle drive motor and a production method therefor. The present invention relates to the technical field of production of electrical steels for new energy vehicle drive motors, and mainly solves the technical problem in the prior art of poor performance of electrical steels for new energy vehicle drive motors. The 35WD1600 electrical steel for a new energy vehicle drive motor comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by weight: C: ≤0.005%, Si: 2.5-2.8%, Mn: 0.2-0.4%, P:0.08-0.12%, S: ≤0.008%, Cu: 0.20-0.30%, Ni: 0.16-0.25%, and Al: 0.3-0.5%, the remainder being Fe and other inevitable impurities. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) molten iron pretreatment; (2) converter smelting; (3) RH refining; (4) continuous casting and rolling; (5) pickling; (6) first cold rolling and decarburization annealing; (7) second cold rolling and decarburization annealing; (8) coating; and (9) sintering and coiling. The performance of the 35WD1600 electrical steel for a new energy vehicle drive motor of the present invention meets the national standards and customer requirements of cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel strips for new energy vehicle drive motors, and the 35WD1600 electrical steel for a new energy vehicle drive motor has good welding performance, shape and punching performance.
