Abstract:
The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan is composed of the vertical tilt air cooling fan, which has at least one position for vertical placement of the vertical tilt air cooling fan attached to Motor 1 (21), which is installed on the upper side cover (15) to serve as a power source for rotating the vertical tilt air cooling fan. At least one or more of the vertical tilt air cooling fans is assembled together to form the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fans (20). The module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) on the bottom has a lower side cover (16) that is a wide area. The diameter of the lower side cover (16) is an opening functioning to be assembled with the top of the axis. The end of the bottom of the axis is connected to Motor 2 (22) functions to rotate the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fans (20), so the fan rotates in a circular motion, so the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) can release air at 360 degrees. Motor 2 (22) is assembled and installed in the fan base (17). Inside is the post for installation of Motor 2 (22) and some electronic equipment to handle operations.

Claims

1. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan has the following characteristics:

The vertical tilt air cooling fan has a cylindrically-shaped structure with fan blades (10) inside that are cylindrically shaped and composed of several fan fins (14) between the fan fins (14) are opening. The fan fins (14) are slanted with the cylindrically-shaped casing, so the fan fins (14) function to rotate and create air flow.

The fan blades (10) are arranged for placement inside the cylindrically- shaped casing. Part of the cylindrically- shaped casing is equipped with an air output pipe, which is the part forming the shape out from the cylindrically-shaped casing The air output pipe forms the shape out at an angle less than 90 degrees with the cylindrically-shaped casing, functioning to receive the air flow from inside the cylindrically- shaped casing and sending it out from the air output pipe.

Special Characteristics:

Motor 2 (22) is attached and installed at the fan base (17) with the inside of the pole for accepting the installation of Motor 2 (22) and electronic equipment.

The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 1 is such that the vertical tilt air cooling fan is composed of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13), which share the same characteristics and can be used interchangeably or with either equal or unequal diameters, or with either equal or unequal lengths.

3. The 360 -degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 2 is such that Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11) is positioned at the bottom of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12), which is positioned in the middle, and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 ( 13 ) is positioned at the top, respectively.

4. The 360 -degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 2 is such that Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13) are attached to Motor 1 (21) as a power source for rotating the fan motor 1 (21). There is a mechanism for adjusting the revolution speed to at least one setting in order to adjust the revolutions per minute of the Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11). There is a switch for turning on-off and adjusting the revolution speed at one position on the structure of the 360 -degree vertical tilt air cooling fan. Motor 1 (21) is equipped with an upper side cover (15).

5. The 360 -degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 2 is such that Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11) is equipped with Air Output Pipe 1 (31), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 ( 12) is equipped with Air Output Pipe 2 (32) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 ( 13 ) is equipped with Air Output Pipe 3 (33).

6. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 5 is such that Air Output Pipe 1 (31), Air Output Pipe 2 (32) and Air Output Pipe 3 (33) are either positioned to release air in different directions or positioned to release air in the same direction, or both.

7. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 1 is such that Motor 2 (22) is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting revolution speed to at least one level in order to adjust the revolutions per minute of the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) . There is a switch for turning on-off and adjusting revolution speed that is located in at least one place on the structure of the 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan.

8. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 1 is such that the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) positioned at the top of the upper side cover (15) is a wide area. The upper side cover ( 15) and the lower side cover (16) function to be attached and enclose the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) inside.

9 . The 360 -degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 8 is such that the upper side cover (15) and lower side cover (16) are connected by several symmetrical vertical posts (30) around the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20).

10. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 1 is such that the fan base (17) is a casing enclosing and covering Motor 2 (22) and electronic equipment, and functions as the base of the entire structure.

11. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 1 is such that the outer casing (40) serves as the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) . The outer casing (40) is equipped wit6h at least one opening aligned with the air output pipe of the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) . The opening is a finned grill for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction, and the finned grill can be removed or attached to the outer casing (40).

12. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 11 is such that there is at least one outer casing (40).

13. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 11 is such that the outer casing

(40) is composed of Outer Casing 1 (41) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Outer Casing 2 (42) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Outer Casing 3 (43) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13).

14. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 13 is such that the Outer Casing

1 (41), Outer Casing 2 (42) and Outer Casing 3 (43) share the same characteristics and can be used interchangeably with either equal or unequal diameters, or with either equal or unequal lengths functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan

2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13), respectively.

15. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 13 is such that Outer Casing 1

(41 ), Outer Casing 2 (42) and Outer Casing 3 (43) are assembled vertically whereby Outer Casing 1 (41) is at the bottom, Outer Casing 2 (42) is in the middle and Outer Casing 3 (43) is at the top.

16. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 13 is such that Outer Casing 1 (41) is equipped with Opening 1 (51) in at least one place that is aligned with Air Output Pipe 1 (31 ). Opening 1 (51 ) is Fan Finned Grill 1 (61 ) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction and Fan Finned Grill 1 (61) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 1 (41).

17. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in claim 13 is such that Outer Casing 2

(42) is equipped with Opening 1 (52) in at least one place that is aligned with Air Output Pipe 2 (32). Opening 2(52) is Finned Fan Grill 2(62) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction, and Finned Fan Grill 2(62) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 2 (42).

18. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 13 is such that Outer Casing 3

(43) is equipped with Opening 3 (53) in at least one place aligned with Air Output Pipe 3 (33). Opening 3 (53) is a Finned Grill 3 (63) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction, and Finned Grill 3 (63) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 3 (53).

19. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 13 is such that the top of Outer Casing 3 (53) is equipped with a cap (50) to enclose Motor 1 (21) and prevent air flow from escaping at the top.

20. The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan in Claim 4 is such that the cylindrically- shaped casing of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and

Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13) are enclosed together to for a chamber for generating air inside.

Background of related art or science

As cited in Thai Petty Patent Application No. 1103000484 for twin fan structures, the twin fan structure saves power and is composed of Fan 1 and Fan 2 installed opposite from each other with only one axial point. Consequently, there is a limitation in turning back and forth 360 degrees. The disadvantages are that the fan can only rotate 180 degrees and that there is only one Fan 1 and only one Fan 2. In addition, there is only one fan height, which results in limited horizontal direction.

Description and Purpose of the Invention

The 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan is composed of vertical tilt air cooling fans with at least vertical placement. The vertical tilt air cooling fan is composed of Motor 1 which is at the upper side cover to function as the power source for rotating the vertical tilt air cooling fan. At least one or more of the vertical tilt air cooling fans is/ are assembled together as the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan. The module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan placed below has a lower side cover over a wide space. The diameter of the lower side cover has an opening function to be assembled with the upper end of the axis connected to Motor 2 functioning to rotate. The module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan rotates in a circular motion, so the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan can release air in a 360-degree circle around Motor 2, which is assembled and attached to the fan base. Inside is a chamber for installing Motor 2 and some electronic equipment to handle operations.

The purpose of this invention is to create a 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan using air cooling fan with vertical placement, so Motor 1 at the top rotates the fan to blow air in multiple directions and Motor 2 at the bottom functions to rotate the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan, so the entire fan rotates in a circular motion, so the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan can release air at 360 degrees. There is an outer casing for added coverage and attractiveness. Full Disclosure of Invention

Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 illustrate the parts of the 360- degree vertical tilt air cooling fan with the following characteristics:

The vertical tilt air cooling fan is such that the casing is in the form of a cylinder. Inside are the Fan Blades (10) in cylindrical shape composed of several Fan Fins (14). Between the several Fan Fins ( 14) are visible spaces. Several of the Fan Fins ( 14) are slanted with the cylindrically-shaped casing, so the several Fan Fins (14) function to rotate and create air flow.

The Fan Blades (10) are arranged for placement inside the cylindrically-shaped casing. Part of the cylindrically- shaped casing is equipped with an air output pipe, which is the part that forms the shape out from the cylindrically- shaped casing. The air output pipe forms an angle less than 90 degrees with the cylindrically- shaped casing, functioning to receive the air flow from inside the cylindrically-shaped casing and sending it out from the air output pipe.

The vertical tilt air cooling fan has at least one position for vertical placement of the vertical tilt air cooling fan to be assembled with the motor to serve as a power source in rotating the vertical tilt air cooling fan.

In this invention, 3 positions have been arranged for assembly of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 ( 11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 ( 12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13), all of which share the same characteristics and can be used as substitutes for one another or with either equal or unequal diameters, or with either equal or unequal lengths, or with either equal or unequal lengths.

Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 ( 11) is positioned at the bottom. Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 ( 12) is positioned in the middle and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 ( 13) is positioned at the top, respectively.

Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13) are assembled with Motor 1 (21) as a power source for rotating the fan. Motor 1 (21) has a mechanism for adjusting the revolutions per minute to at least one level in order to adjust the number of revolutions of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11). There is also a switch for turning on-off and adjusting the revolution speed at a place on the structure of the 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan. Motor 1 (21) is attached to the upper side cover The diameter of the upper side cover ( 15) is opening space function to be assembled with the upper end of the axis. The lower end of the axis is opening space function to be assembled with the upper end of the axis. The lower end of the axis is connected to Motor 1 (21) function to rotate the fan blades (10). The cylindrically- shaped casing of Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 ( 11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13) are sealed together to create a chamber for generating air on the inside.

Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 ( 11) has Air Output Pipe 1 (31), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) has Air Output Pipe 2 (32) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13) has Air Output Pipe 3 (33).

Air Output Pipe 1 (31), Air Output Pipe 2 ( 32) and Air Output Pipe 3 (33) are either positioned to release air in different directions, or positioned to release air in the same direction or both.

At least one or more of the vertical tilt air cooling fans are assembled together to form the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20).

The module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) at the top of the upper side cover

(15) forms a wide area.

The module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) on the bottom has a lower side cover

(16) forms a wide area.

The upper side cover ( 15) and lower side cover ( 16) functions to be assembled and sealed with the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) placed inside.

The upper side cover ( 15) and the lower side cover (16) are symmetrically connected by several vertical posts (30) around the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20).

The diameter of the lower side cover ( 16) is an opening functioning to be assembled with the top of the axis. The end of the bottom of the axis connected to Motor 2 (22) functions to rotate the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20). The fan rotates in a circular motion, so the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan (20) can release air at 360 degrees.

Motor 2 (22) is assembled and installed at the fan base ( 17) . Inside is the post for installation of Motor 2 (22) and some electronic equipment to handle operation. The fan base (17) is equipped with a casing enclosing and covering Motor 2 (22) and electronic equipment, and functions as the base of the entire structure.

Motor 2 (22) is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the revolution speed in at least one level for adjusting the revolutions per minute of the module of the vertical tilt air cooling fan ( 20) . There is a switch for turning on- off and adjusting the speed of revolutions per minute in at least on place on the structure of the 360-degree vertical tilt air cooling fan.

An additional component is the outer casing (40) that forms a cover. Vertical Air Fan Module (20) The outer casing (40) has at least one opening positioned in line with the vertical air fan module (20) air outlet duct. It features a finned grill to adjust the airflow direction in one or more directions, and a finned grill is removable and can be attached to the outer casing

(40).

There is at least one outer casings (40) . In this invention, three casings are arranged composed of the Outer Casing 1 (41) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 (11), Outer Casing 2 (42) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Outer Casing 3 (43) functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13).

Outer Casing 1 (41), Outer Casing 2 (42) and Outer Casing 3 (43) share the same characteristics and can be used interchangeably with either equal or unequal diameters, or with either equal or unequal lengths functioning to cover Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 1 ( 11), Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 2 (12) and Vertical Tilt Air Cooling Fan 3 (13), respectively.

Outer Casing 1 (41), Outer Casing 2 (42) and Outer Casing 3 (43) are assembled together perpendicularly to Outer Casing 1 (41), which is at the bottom, Outer Casing 2 (42), with is in the middle and Outer Casing 3 (43), which is at the top.

Outer Casing 1 (41) is equipped with Opening 1(51) in at least one position fitting Air Output Pipe 1 (31). Opening 1 (51) is Fan Finned Grill 1(61) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction and Fan Finned Grill 1 (61) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 1

Outer Casing 2 (42) is equipped with at least one Opening 1 (52) that is aligned with Air Output Pipe 2 (32). Opening 2(52) is Finned Fan Grill 2(62) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction, and Finned Fan Grill 2(62) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 2 (42). Outer Casing 3 (43) is equipped with Opening 3 (53) in at least one position aligned with Air Output Pipe 3 (33). Opening 3 (53 is Finned Grill 3 (63) for adjusting the air flow in at least one direction and Finned Grill 3 (63) can be removed or attached to Outer Casing 3 (53). The top of Outer Casing 3 (53) is equipped with a cap (50) to enclose Motor 1 (21) and prevent air flow from escaping at the top and for attractiveness.

The positions of Motor 1 (21) and Motor 2 (22) are connected to an electrical cord (60) functioning to supply electricity into the system.
