Abstract:
The present invention provides a system and a method for providing an avatar service by using an actually-existing scene as the background. The invention provides a 3D avatar service by setting a 2D image to the background, so that the user can feel that the 2D background image is realized as a 3D space, and thus the invention offers the reality as if an avatar actually existed in the 3D space with only using the 2D image which is taken by a camera, and without performing a special 3D rendering process.
