Abstract:

Disclosed are a 3D cell culture colloid kit and a method for 3D cell culture by using same. The 3D cell culture colloid kit includes a gel material A, a buffer solution C, and a buffer solution D; the method for carrying out 3D cell culture includes: adding cells into a mixed solution containing the gel material A and treating the mixture at low temperature to obtain colloids containing the cells; adding the buffer solution C onto the colloids to perform crosslinking; removing the buffer solution C and adding growth media; carrying out static culture until the cells form cell spheroids in the colloids; and further, dissolving the colloids with the buffer solution D to take out cultured cells for analysis. Accordingly, the 3D cell culture colloid kit is convenient to use and is suitable for carrying out the 3D cell culture of multiple cell lines.
