Abstract:
A 3D forming system for a large complicated geological-physical model, comprising: a 3D forming machine, a mixer, a feeding controller, a print head, and a control platform. The print head is mounted on the 3D forming machine. The print head is connected to the mixer by means of the feeding controller. Mixing, feeding, and printing processes are controlled uniformly by means of the control platform. The feeding controller comprises two structures, i.e., an air pump drive type structure and a motor drive type structure. The 3D forming machine has the capability of adjusting the degree of compactness of a model, and can print multiple materials. The mixer is sealably designed as a whole, and has the dust removal function. Full-automatic feeding and mixing are achieved. The filtering function is achieved in the mixing process for filtering particles having the particle size exceeding the standard from similar materials, thereby avoiding blocking the print head. The feeding controller can precisely control the discharge amount having the high adjustment capability, and can be dissembled and cleaned. The print head can quickly adjust the printing precision, and has the similar material circulation anti-blockage function and the similar material cleaning purification anti-blockage function.
