Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing 3D glass, comprising: step 1, placing flat glass with a reserved allowance into a mold; step 2, adhering, by using a heat absorption process, the flat glass onto an upper surface of a concave mold of the mold, and molding same to obtain a 3D glass blank; step 3, cutting the 3D glass blank to obtain a 3D glass semi-finished product; step 4, grinding and chamfering the 3D glass semi-finished product to obtain a 3D glass rough product; and step 5, performing a smoothing treatment on the surface of the 3D glass rough product to obtain 3D glass. Said method can improve the yield of the manufactured 3D glass to be close to 100%, thereby avoiding the problem of an unacceptable size of the molded 3D glass caused by deviation of a placement position or an uneven molding pressure during hot press molding, and avoiding, as a convex mold is not used, the problem caused by the convex mold. Further provided are 3D glass, a mold for implementing a method for manufacturing 3D glass, and a 3D glass blank.
