Abstract:
This 3D mesh structure is produced from a polyethylene having a swelling ratio dependent on shear rate, the swelling ratio with respect to a shear rate of 24.3 sec-1 being 0.93-1.16 and the swelling ratio with respect to a shear rate of 608.0 sec-1 being 1.15-1.34, having an MFR of 3-35 g/10 min, and a density of 0.82-0.95 g/cm3. The 3D mesh structure has a 3D striated sparse/dense structure perpendicular to the direction of extrusion and having a spring structure such that filaments are irregularly contacting/joined. Moreover, the swelling ratio with respect to the shear rate is represented by D2/D1 when a thermoplastic resin melted from a capillary having a tube inner diameter (D1) of Φ1.0 mm and a length of 10 mm is extruded, the extruded filament is cooled, and the diameter of the cross sectional plane of the filament is D2. A mattress or the like using the 3D mesh structure can smoothly bend along the shape of a nursing care bed or the like.
