Abstract:
This 3D mesh structure is produced from a polyester having a swelling ratio dependent on the shear rate, the swelling ratio with respect to a shear rate of 60.8 sec-1 being 1.10-1.38 and with respect to a shear rate of 608 sec-1 being 1.17-1.43, having an MFR of 3-35 g/10 min, and having a density of 1.01-1.60 g/cm3. The 3D mesh structure has a 3D striated sparse/dense structure perpendicular to the direction of extrusion and having a spring structure such that filaments are irregularly touching/entangled. Moreover, the swelling ratio with respect to the shear rate is represented as D2/D1 when a thermoplastic resin melted from a capillary having a tube inner diameter (D1) of ϕ1.0 mm and a length of 10 mm is extruded, the extruded filament is cooled, and the diameter of the cross sectional plane of the filament is D2. A mattress or the like using this 3D mesh structure can smoothly bend along the shape of a nursing care bed or the like.
