Abstract:
A 3D printed orthopedic insole for hallux valgus, comprising: a 3D printed insole body (1) and a 3D printed correction structure (2) for correcting hallux valgus thereon, wherein the correction structure (2) comprises a divided toe sleeve (21), a first force-applying part (22) and a second force-applying part (23). The divided toe sleeve (21) is arranged on a big toe region corresponding to the insole body (1); and the divided toe sleeve (21) comprises a toe sleeve main body (211) and a toe sleeve force-applying wall (212), the toe sleeve main body (211) being used for fixing a big toe of a patient, and the toe sleeve force-applying wall (212) being used for separating a first phalanx from a second phalanx and forming a reaction force on the first phalanx and the second phalanx. The insole has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to use, the comfort degree and the compactness are improved by means of personalized customization, and a silica gel material is used, such that the flexibility is good, and foot skin is protected from being pressed and rubbed. Meanwhile, the correction effect on the first phalanx, a first metatarsal bone and a metatarsus joint is good, and a precise correction force can be applied. In addition, the 3D printed orthopedic insole can be placed in a normal shoe, does not affect walking, is suitable for the walking and standing of a patient, and is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
