Abstract:
A 3D printing method for a crystalline polymer comprises: heating a printing head to melt a first crystalline polymer in the printing head; driving the printing head to perform single-layer printing to obtain a molten printed pattern layer; cooling the molten printed pattern layer to make the molten printed pattern layer form a solid-state printed pattern layer comprising an amorphous region; repeating the operations on the top of the cooled printed pattern layer until a printed workpiece consisting of multiple printed pattern layers stacked up and down, a printed pattern layer unit being formed by at least one printed pattern layer; and performing heat treatment on each printed pattern layer unit in the printing process. In the 3D printing method for a crystalline polymer, a printed workpiece having good toughness and good size stability is obtained by means of a method in which printing is performed while heat treatment is performed. Also provided is a 3D printer.
