Abstract:
The present invention provides a nozzle component in which: the input amount of thermoplastic filaments fed into a cylinder is precisely controlled; a nozzle part is configured to enable complete mixing of the thermoplastic filaments by means of a screw that is much shorter relative to the conventional art; different kinds of thermoplastic filaments having different physical properties (melting point, viscosity, specific gravity, and the like) can be completely mixed; and non-plastic filaments such as glass fibers and carbon fibers, which are not easily melted by heat, can be further added. In addition, the nozzle component is provided such that different materials with diverse characteristics can be mixed and output from a single nozzle by adding additives, such as powdered raw materials or liquid phase raw materials, which are in the state of raw materials that have not been processed into filaments, to a thermoplastic filament fluid of a 3D printing nozzle.
