Abstract:
A 3D printing plasma intelligent Mohole drilling and completion method comprises the following steps: building a drilling platform (7), mounting drilling devices, and starting the drilling. The drilling devices comprise a 3D printer system assembly (1), a pumping system (2) for muddy water, rock debris and the like as well as mixtures thereof, an intelligent well casing lifting and fixing system (3), a well casing (4) printed by a 3D printer, a manifold system assembly (5), an underground hole-drilling, hole-broadening and well-cementing intelligent executor (6), a drilling platform (7), and an intelligent control and processing center (8). The well casing is printed by a3D printer, the pumping system discharges mud, rock debris and the like, the plasma drilling executor implements drilling, and an underground device provides thermal insulation and cooling protection. In the well drilling method, a first 3D printing spray-head (1-25), a second 3D printing spray-head (1-26), a blockage system spray-head, a plasma liquation well cementation, spray gun well cementation and hole broadening spray-head, a hole-drilling spray-head and a high-pressure gas spray-head cooperatively work, and the intelligent well casing lifting and fixing system intelligently fixes and lifts the well casing printed by the 3D printer. Well drilling can be carried out in the land and a deep sea.
