Abstract:
The present invention relates to a 3D printing system and method. The 3D printing system comprises a printing head, a base frame and a material table, wherein the printing head comprises a printing base and a nozzle base, the nozzle base is capable of rotating relative to the printing base, and an extrusion opening is formed in the nozzle base; the material table comprises a material table frame and at least one feeding component, the material table frame is capable of rotating relative to the base frame, the feeding component comprises a rotary follow-up portion arranged on the material table frame, and the feeding component is configured to convey a printing material to the extrusion opening; a flexible circuit is connected between the material table frame and the nozzle base, and the flexible circuit comprises a printing material conveying line formed between the feeding component and the extrusion opening and configured to convey the printing material; and the material table frame is capable of rotating along with the nozzle base and is configured to prevent excessive winding of the flexible circuit. Compared with the prior art, the 3D printing system of the present invention has high flexibility, the printing precision is high, the printing speed is fast, and the dynamic performance is good; and the 3D printing system is capable of adapting to the printing of a non-circular extrusion opening and simultaneous extrusion printing of a plurality of extrusion openings.
