Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound that has a strong regulatory effect for an α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7 nAChR), and is useful as a therapeutic drug for diseases associated with cholinergicity of the central nervous system (CNS) and/or the peripheral nervous system (PNS), diseases associated with smooth muscle contraction, endocrine disease, diseases associated with neurodegeneration and the like. Provided is a compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound [In the formula, X-Y-Z represents N-CO-NR4AR4B or the like, R1 represents an optionally substituted phenyl or the like, R2A represents chlorine or the like, R2B represents a hydrogen atom or the like, R3A, R3B, R3C, and R3D are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or the like, R4A and R4B are the same or different and represent an optionally substituted C3-10 cycloalkyl or the like, and n represents 1 or 2].
