Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a novel compound and a preparation method therefor. The general structural formula of the compound is shown as formula I. Animal experiments prove that the compound of the present invention has the effect of saving the memories of animal models, is highly safe, has no mutagenicity, may remain in blood for several hours after oral administration and intravenous injection, may enter the brain and may be used to prepare drugs for treating Alzheimer's disease.
