Abstract:
A compound of Formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, hydrates thereof, methods for preparation thereof and uses for preparation of antibacterial agents. In which: Y is H, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl, 5-methyl-2-oxo-1,3- dioxycyclopenten-4-ylmethyl or alkylacyloxymethyl, in which the said substituent is hydroxyl, halogen or amino; A is C-H, C-F, C-Cl, C-OCH3, C-CH3 or N; R1 is C1-C3alkyl, C1-C3fluoroalkyl, cyclopropyl, fluorocyclopropyl, phenyl or halogenobenzenyl, or A and R1, taken together, form a bridging group of C-O-CH2-CH(CH3)-; Z is H, halogen, NH2 or CH3; R2 or R3 independently is H, C1-C6alkyl or an amine-protecting group; R4 is C1-C6alkyl.
