Abstract:
A 7-membered heterocyclic compound represented by the formula (I): (I) a salt thereof, or a solvate of either. They have chymase inhibitory activity and are useful as a medicine for the prevention or treatment of various diseases in which chymase participates. Also provided is a medicinal composition which contains a compound of the formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate of either and is useful for the treatment or prevention of diseases in which chymase participates.
