Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a 7-methylthiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The compound comprises a compound represented by formula (I) or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl carbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl carbonyl; and R2 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl and substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclyl.
