Abstract:

The invention relates to substituted 7H-dibenzo[b,g][1,5]dioxocin-5-one derivatives, to a method for their production and to the use thereof in medicaments, in particular as inhibitors of the cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) for the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular diseases, in particular hypolipoproteinaemia, dyslipidaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, hyperlipidaemia and arteriosclerosis.
