Abstract:
Provided is a gene expression vector for treating a hearing impairment disease, wherein the expression vector is an AAV vector in which an expression cassette of a therapeutic gene for treating the hearing impairment disease is inserted or carried; and the AAV vector is selected from the group of AAV-PHP.eB, AAV-DJ or a combination thereof. The AAV vector has a high efficiency in infecting hair cells and supporting cells of the inner ear, is easy to produce, and has a good safety and a high level of targeting.
