Abstract:
This abnormal noise inspection device is provided with a robot arm, a sound detection unit (35), and a control unit. The robot arm comprises an arm, and a holding unit (31) provided on the arm and capable of holding a workpiece (1). The sound detection unit (35) is provided on the robot arm and detects sounds of the workpiece (1). The control unit conveys the workpiece (1) by causing the arm to move the holding unit (31) in a state holding the workpiece (1), causes the sound detection unit (35) to detect sounds of the workpiece (1) during conveyance of the workpiece (1), and inspects for abnormal noises emitted from the workpiece (1) on the basis of the detected sound signal.
