Abstract:
[Problem]To provide an abnormal person prediction system, an abnormal person prediction method, and a program that are capable of predicting an abnormal person within a predetermined area of a region in which many and unspecified persons come and go even in a case where sufficient sample images for leaning regarding suspicious persons or abnormal persons are not available. [Solution] An abnormal person prediction system, which predicts whether a person being monitored within a predetermined area is an abnormal person, is provided with: a camera 100 which is provided within the predetermined area, and captures images of the person being monitored; a behavior pattern storage module 231 which stores normal behavior patterns and abnormal behavior patterns; and an abnormal person prediction module 211 which predicts the abnormal person on the basis of the behavior patterns.
