Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to an abnormal state pre-sensing system. A technical objective to be achieved is to provide an abnormal state pre-sensing system, using battery temperature data, which can sense a precursor event relating to an abnormality in a battery by means of various battery data and temperature data of the battery and enhance system safety by warning a user of the precursor event or stopping a system operation. To this end, according to an embodiment, disclosed is an abnormal state pre-sensing system comprising: a voltage sensing unit for providing battery voltage data of each of a plurality of battery cells by sensing the voltage of each battery cell; a voltage calculation unit comprising a voltage deviation calculation part, which is for calculating a voltage deviation (Va) between the battery cells from the battery voltage data, a voltage variation calculation part, which is for calculating a voltage variation (Vb) in each battery cell in accordance with elapsed time of each battery cell from the battery voltage data, and a voltage deviation variation calculation part which is for calculating a voltage deviation variation (Vc) of each battery cell in accordance with elapsed time of each battery cell from the battery voltage data; and a procedure signal output unit for outputting a system procedure signal by comparing the voltage deviation (Va), voltage variation (Vb) or voltage deviation variation (Vc) with a reference value.
